4-Week Guided Program

Our 4-week program focuses on skill-building and habit formation. The program includes 8 online lessons and 4 peer-to-peer conversations. Each week, participants complete two online lessons and a peer-to-peer conversation (approx. 1.5 hours per week in total). Participants receive reminder emails to stay on track and retain key concepts from the lessons.

8 Interactive Online Lessons

Our research-based lessons weave together psychological concepts with interactive practice scenarios. Each lesson is adaptive, tailoring itself to meet people where they are. Lessons take approx. 30 minutes to complete.

4 Guided Peer-to-Peer Conversations

Participants break into pairs and meet weekly for 45-minute peer-to peer conversations. This provides accountability, enables learners to build social connection, and provides them with the opportunity to practice applying their skills. Guides and exercises are included within the program.

Data-Driven Outcomes
